Our journey through Jalisco begins and ends in vibrant Guadalajara, with its rich blend of tradition and modern energy. Along the way, we’ll immerse ourselves in the heart of tequila country, spending time in the town of Tequila to explore iconic distilleries like Fortaleza, Cascahuin, and other standouts that showcase the region’s heritage and craftsmanship. Between distillery visits, we’ll savor the full spectrum of Jalisco’s cuisine — from unforgettable street food to elevated fine dining — and cap our days with stops at some of the area’s most remarkable agave-focused bars. This adventure is designed to capture the spirit of Jalisco through its flavors, people, and culture.
Day One
Arrive in Guadalajara and join the group for cocktails at the hotel, a relaxed way to settle in and start the adventure
Day Two
Following a restful morning, we’ll meet for an engaging agave class where we trace the journey from field to glass, then continue over lunch and into the evening at one of Jalisco’s finest tequila bars.
Day Three
An early start takes us straight into the heart of Tequila, with visits to two of its most celebrated distilleries. From there, we’ll wander into the flavors of the street and close the day at a cocktail bar that has become a destination in its own right.
Day Four
We'll visit two more distilleries before returning to Guadalajara, where the evening is yours to explore the city at your own pace.
Day Five
We’ll come together for another tequila-focused class, then enjoy a delicious dinner before immersing ourselves in the thrilling spectacle of Mexican wrestling, where masked heroes, daring acrobatics, and the roar of the crowd bring the energy of Jalisco to life.
Fortaleza , a family-run estate for five generations over 150 years, crafts tequila using traditional methods and estate-grown agave, preserving the heritage and flavors of tequila.
Established in 1904, Cascahuin Distillery is still family-owned in El Arenal, Jalisco. They crafting amazing tequila using traditional methods—stone ovens, tahona milling, and copper pot stills.
Sauza Distillery is a large tequila producer founded in 1873 that combines traditional and modern produciton methods.
Established in 1900 by the Orendain family, Arette crafts small-batch tequilas at its historic El Llano estate in Tequila, Jalisco
